Silicones, Fixings, Adhesives, Cleaners etc.

Everbuild are Magden's leading supplier of silicone sealants, gun foam and other related products, and have been for many years. Having supplied these high performance products with no comeback for such a long time, Magden are proud to be associated with a quality product range and technical backup service like theirs. Everbuild's range of goods not only includes regular sealants, such as Low Mod Acetoxy and Low Mod Neutral curing silicones, but also specialist sealants such as Fire Mate, Weather Mate, Food Mate, Pyro Mate, Heat Mate, Aqua Mate, Mirror Mate and many more specialist products designed to do exactly as the name implies. We supply their Expanding Foams in gun grade, and hand Fix & Fill, along with their foam gun cleaner. This extensive list of materials also includes Flash Banding, Bitumen Paints, Timber Sealants, Adhesives, and much more. For the fixing of windows, doors, fascias and soffits, gutters and downpipes etc., Magden stock a multitude of goods. For fixing PVCu frames we supply Frame Anchors and Concrete Fixings in all popular sizes. For fascia boards etc. we sell Polypins in all sizes and colours, and we have Plastidomes in various colours to cover up screw heads. Brown and Red Wall Plugs are available for masonry plugging, as well as a wide range of screws to fix into them. Electroplated Brass Screws are on sale, for those who are woodworking and require a polished finish to the job. Magden's adhesives take shape in various forms. Mag-Glue is Magden's own Superglue and activator combination, which is used for adhering window trims, fascia joints and corners etc. The activator is a catylist that sets off the Mag-Glue almost immediatley upon contact. Magden's Gun Foam and Hand Foam (supplied by Everbuild) is more of a combined adhesive/filler, as it does both at the same time, and is generally used for the fixing of window and door frames amongst other building uses. Everbuild's Pink Grip is the industry's finest contact adhesive, that fixes skirtings, architraves, dado rails etc. without the need for nails or screws, and it grips instantly. For cleaning PVC, Magden has Solvent Cleaners for removing surface dirt, and for the more ingrained dirt we supply a Cream Cleaner that, after rubbing and finally buffing up, will restore old PVC to a newly finished shine. A Foam Gun Cleaner is available, and we also supply various Hand Cleaners, including the multi-purpose cleaning wipes pictured left, which will remove virtually anything you care to get on your hands.
