Spacer Bar

For the spacing of insulated glazed units we can offer you a multitude of options, from bulk to "bundles", in various colours and materials. We have products to suit virtually any application. We can even overprint your spacer bar with our own inkjet printing service. With our warm edge spacers you can reduce your U-Values, and make shaped units with relative ease. For those with safety in mind, we also have a fire rated steel bar.

Profil's Aluminium Spacer Bar is rear welded to give greater aesthetic appeal and is available in 100 or 200m "bundles", or in box quantity. Colours currently in stock are Anodised Silver, Painted White and Painted Black, all in 4m lengths (5m lengths can be arranged for volume purchases).

EA-RT's Ferrotech Steel Spacer Bar is fire rated, and can be used in all areas where fire prevention is paramount (e.g. fire doors). It can also be bent on all known bending machines. Available in 6m lengths, this product is delivered in box quantities only.

With U-Values being a major factor in glass unit production today, warm edge technology becomes a product to which manufacturers may turn.

Corner Keys

Magden can offer a whole range of Corner Keys which are precision made to suit our spacer bars. These are made from polypropylene and nylon, in both clear and grey.
We also have Flexi Keys available for shaped units, in sizes to suit most spacer bars.
